Optimize Your Health

Before you buy any sauna, know what to look for

Most saunas on the market are built with adhesives that off-gas when heated. Very few manufacturers address this. We want you to know what questions to ask. This is the criteria that separates premium saunas from the rest. Every point below matters for your health.

When we moved into the Miami house, creating an at home wellness space was one of the first things on my list and the main thing I wanted was a sauna. I spent way too much time researching before finally choosing @heavenlyheatsaunas. Their saunas are low EMF, non-toxic, and designed without glues, plywood, or anything that off-gasses, which was really important to me.

We Built This Category

We didn't follow the Non-Toxic sauna category. We pioneered it

Heavenly Heat created the first non-toxic home sauna. Our standards have defined what premium means in this space.

First Non-Toxic Home Sauna

We pioneered the no-glue, no-EMF standard. Originally built for detox clinics and medical facilities, now available for your home.

First to Integrate Red Light Therapy

We combined near, mid, and far infrared heat with true red light therapy in one cabinet. No one else is doing this.

People seated inside a wooden Heavenly Heat sauna.

Among the First Combination Saunas

We were early to build a sauna that gives you both traditional heat and infrared in one unit, so you're not choosing between two separate experiences.

Built to Last

Solid wood construction with the lowest possible VOC exposure. Every product independently tested before it ships.

Find Your Path

Does this sauna contain glue?

Most sauna cabins are assembled using adhesives. When the cabin heats up, those adhesives off-gas — releasing chemicals directly into the air you're breathing during your session. Almost no manufacturer discloses this upfront. Ours are built with zero adhesives and independently tested for VOCs.

What are the EMF levels inside the cabin?

Every Heavenly Heat cabin is shielded with an integrated faraday cage and independently tested for EMF and ELF, so the readings inside the cabin stay at or near ambient levels.

View Independent Lab Results.

Has this product been independently tested?

Yes. Every material we use is third-party tested for VOC emissions, and finished cabins are tested for EMF and ELF before they ship.

What kind of wood is used — and how was it treated?

We build with solid, kiln-dried hardwood. No plywood, no stains, no sealants. The wood is left untreated so you breathe nothing but clean air.

What electrical setup will I actually need?

Most of our infrared models plug into a standard dedicated 120V outlet. Larger and traditional models require a 240V circuit. Our specialists will confirm the exact requirement for your model before you order.

How is it delivered and do I need to hire someone to install it?

Your sauna ships free by freight, fully tracked, to your home. Cabins are designed for two people to assemble in a few hours with basic tools, and optional professional assembly is available on most models in the Continental US.
