Heavenly Heat Saunas (“Company”) offers the following warranty to the original purchaser of any Heavenly Heat Saunas-manufactured or distributed saunas (“Sauna”) and designated parts and accessories.
Indoor Saunas
Sauna Cabin (Carpentry/Wood): 10 Years
Factory-Installed Electrical Components (Including Heaters): 10 Years
Labor on Sauna Cabin (USA & Canada only): 4 Years
Outdoor Saunas
Sauna Cabin (Carpentry/Wood): 4 Years
Factory-Installed Electrical Components (Including Heaters): 4 Years
Labor on Sauna Cabin (USA & Canada only): 4 Years
Red Light Panels
All standalone Red Light Panels: 5 Years
Red Light Panels installed in the RL2 sauna model: 5 Years
Non-Factory Installed Components, Options, Parts, and Accessories
For the specified warranty period, Heavenly Heat Saunas agrees to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, the products listed above, subject to and solely in accordance with the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations set forth herein. Please read this limited warranty in its entirety to understand your rights and obligations.
Heavenly Heat Saunas warrants to the original purchaser during the warranty period that:
The sauna cabin will maintain its structural integrity, and for outdoor models, that it will not leak.
Factory-installed components (such as heaters, controls, power supply, and electrical wiring) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
This limited warranty applies only to saunas installed within six months of the delivery date.
Labor coverage for repair or replacement is provided for the specified labor warranty period within the USA and Canada only.
Non-factory installed components and Heavenly Heat Saunas options, parts, and accessories are warranted solely as set forth in the manufacturer’s warranty, if any, and as stated in the final quote or invoice from Heavenly Heat Saunas. Please consult the manufacturer directly for any items not explicitly covered by Heavenly Heat Saunas.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage from delivery services, mishandling, or improper installation by third parties or users
Environmental factors or improper maintenance of outdoor saunas, including exposure to elements like snow and water
Acts of God (e.g., floods, lightning) and normal wear and tear
Costs associated with labor, transportation, or reinstallation outside of specified terms
Consequential damages, losses, or commercial loss, whether direct or indirect
This warranty is non-transferable and may only be claimed by the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims. Requests to transfer warranty must be approved in writing by the company.
To submit a warranty claim, please email our support team and include the following information:
Your order number or proof of purchase
A description of the issue
A photo or video clearly showing the defect
The product’s serial number, if available
Your name, contact information, and shipping address
Our team will review your claim and confirm whether it falls within the warranty coverage. We may follow up with questions or offer troubleshooting before issuing a replacement part or scheduling service.
All implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed or limited to the fullest extent allowed by law.
