From Our Hands to Your Home — What to Expect
Every Heavenly Heat sauna is carefully packed on a pallet and shipped via freight carrier. Once your sauna reaches your local terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time.
We offer multiple setup options to match your comfort level whether you prefer to handle installation yourself or want it completely done for you.
Orders are shipped using regional and national freight carriers. For white glove deliveries, we partner with Deliveright. You may also receive tracking or delivery updates from AGS, Forward Air, UPS, or FedEx.
Each sauna is shipped securely in flat-packed panels and designed for stress-free setup. No special tools or contractors required—just two people, a standard screwdriver, and about 60–90 minutes. Thoughtfully engineered connections make assembly quick and intuitive so you can start sweating sooner.
We understand that timing doesn't always align perfectly. We're happy to accommodate by holding your sauna at our distribution centre for up to 30 days at no additional cost.
After 30 days, a storage fee of $50 per month will be applied.
If the unit ships and reaches your local terminal but can't be delivered within a week, daily holding fees may apply.
If we do not receive a response or delivery confirmation within 90 days, the sauna will be returned to the warehouse, and a refund will be issued minus a $400 fee.
Upon delivery, please inspect the boxes carefully for any visible damage before signing
Visible Damage: If you notice significant damage, do not accept the delivery. Note the issue with the carrier and contact us immediately.
Concealed Damage: If the driver cannot wait for a full inspection, note "Possible Concealed Damage" on the delivery receipt. If concealed damage is discovered later, contact us promptly and retain all original packaging for the claims process.
Additional fees may be invoiced for delivery-related requests such as rescheduling, special handling, or changes made after shipment. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We know this is a meaningful investment. Here are a few things we often get asked by customers looking for something safe, effective, and built to last.
While we can’t guarantee an exact delivery date, you can add delivery notes at checkout. Our team and carriers do their best to accommodate requests when possible. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking to help plan accordingly.
No special tools are required. Each sauna comes with simple instructions and the basic tools needed for assembly. Most customers find setup straightforward with two people.
At this time, expedited shipping is not available due to the size and freight requirements of our saunas. However, we prioritize fast processing and provide shipping updates every step of the way.
Assembly typically takes 1–2 hours depending on the model and number of people involved. All major components are pre-assembled for convenience, and detailed instructions are included.
If your delivery location has restricted access (e.g., steep driveways or remote areas), please mention this in your order notes. Our logistics team will coordinate with the freight carrier to ensure successful delivery.
