We’re excited to get your Heavenly Heat Sauna on its way to you! Because saunas are large and specialized items, the shipping and delivery process works a little differently than typical small-package deliveries. This guide will walk you through exactly what to expect — and when.
Your sauna is scheduled to ship during the lead time month listed on the product page
Exact ship dates are confirmed about 2 weeks prior to shipment
Once shipped, transit time varies by location:
West Coast: approx. 1 week
East Coast or remote areas: approx. 2–3 weeks
We’ll send you an email with tracking info as soon as your sauna is on its way.
Ships via freight carrier on a pallet
You will be contacted by the carrier once the sauna reaches your area to schedule a delivery day
Standard delivery is Monday–Friday; weekend delivery may be available but is not guaranteed
Delivery includes:
Bringing the pallet up your driveway
Placing it inside a garage (if accessible and space is available)
Will not go up/down stairs or very steep driveways
If access is limited, the sauna will be left at the curb
Important: Someone must be present at the time of delivery, and we recommend having at least two able-bodied individuals available to move the sauna into a dry, protected space. Saunas cannot be left exposed to the elements.
Yes! You’ll receive a notification from us at least two weeks before your sauna ships, giving you plenty of time to plan for delivery and clear space.
Can I choose my exact delivery date?
Not in advance. The freight carrier will call you once your sauna reaches your area to schedule a delivery day.
Will the sauna arrive assembled?
No — it ships flat-packed in protective boxes and requires simple at-home assembly.
What if my driveway is very steep?
If the freight truck can’t access your home, the sauna will be delivered curbside.
Do I need special equipment?
No. The carrier uses a lift gate to lower the pallet, but you’ll need help moving it to a dry location.
Do you offer white glove delivery?
Not at this time. Delivery is garage or curbside only.
Can you expedite shipping?
Due to production logistics, expedited shipping is not available — but we’ll always keep you informed!
