Ultra Low EMF/ELF/RF Levels
We use grounded heaters, Faraday shielding, and minimal RF. In our testing, EMF levels are below 2 mg and ELF below 7 v/m.
Bluetooth Speakers
Built in Bluetooth speakers with wooden covers (instead of standard plastic, reducing VOC concerns)
8mm Tempered Glass
Thick tempered glass ensures excellent heat retention while maintaining an open, modern design.
Glass Covered Chromotherapy Lighting
Choose from 9 light settings. Most come with plastic covers, not ours.
Infrared + Traditional Heating
Use independently or combined with a traditional stone heater, paired with low EMF infrared panels
Flexible Temperature Control
Infrared for gentle therapy, traditional heater for intense heat.
Spacious Interior
55.6" W × 39.7" D × 71" H. provides ample room for sauna rituals and comfortable two-person sessions.
Two Separate Circuits Required
Infrared heaters and lighting require a dedicated 120V/20A circuit (NEMA 5-20). Traditional stone heater requires a hardwired 240V/30A dedicated circuit. Circuit installation by a licensed, insured electrician required.
Professional Installation Necessary
Traditional heater requires installation (and any future disassembly) by a licensed electrician. Budget for panel assessment and upgrade.
Dual Power Systems
The 120V/20A powers infrared panels, chromotherapy lighting, and speakers. The 240V/30A circuit exclusively powers the traditional Finnish stone heater for authentic dry heat.

Sauna Benefits
From better sleep to post-workout recovery, sauna use supports your body in ways that go beyond relaxation. These are benefits users commonly report, supported by emerging research.
Sweating is one of the body's primary mechanisms for eliminating heavy metals, environmental chemicals, and metabolic waste. Peer-reviewed research published in the Journal of Environmental and Public Health confirms that sweat contains measurable concentrations of arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury. Regular infrared sauna sessions at 130–150°F increase core body temperature, stimulate deep perspiration, and support the body's natural detoxification pathways — without chemicals, supplements, or invasive procedures.
Infrared heat penetrates soft tissue at depths of up to 1.5 inches, increasing local blood flow and delivering oxygen to fatigued or stiff muscles and joints. Published clinical reviews in Clinical Rheumatology and Internal Medicine report that regular sauna use is associated with reduced stiffness and improved comfort in individuals managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Heat therapy works as one component of a broader recovery protocol — not a replacement for medical treatment.
Heat exposure activates the parasympathetic nervous system — the body's built-in recovery mode. Cortisol, the primary stress hormone, has been shown to decrease by 10–40% in regular sauna users according according to a review of sauna research. A 20–30 minute session at 130–150°F releases deep muscle tension, slows heart rate, and creates the physiological conditions for focused calm. Many users describe the post-session state as comparable to deep meditation.
During a 30-minute infrared sauna session, heart rate increases to levels comparable to moderate cardiovascular exercise — typically 100–150 bpm depending on temperature and individual fitness. This elevated cardiovascular demand increases energy expenditure and circulation without joint impact. Peer-reviewed findings in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology associate regular sauna use with improved cardiovascular function and metabolic markers over time.
Infrared heat increases peripheral blood flow, delivering oxygen and nutrients to the skin's surface while deep perspiration helps clear pores of trapped oils and environmental residue. Dermatological studies indicate that regular heat exposure supports collagen-related processes and skin elasticity. The result after consistent use: clearer tone, reduced surface congestion, and the visible circulation that gives skin a healthy, natural glow — no topicals required.
A landmark 20-year study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that people who used a sauna 4–7 times per week had a 40% lower risk of all-cause mortality compared to once-weekly users. The mechanism: repeated heat exposure triggers heat-shock proteins, improves vascular function, and creates a hormetic stress response — the same adaptive pathway activated by exercise and cold exposure. For those building a daily health protocol, consistent sauna use is one of the most time-efficient interventions available.

Many customers ask about exact heat-up times and maximum temperatures. Here's why those numbers vary—and why they matter less than you might think.
Your sauna's ambient temperature and available power draw significantly impact both heat-up time and maximum temperature - factors outside our control. More importantly, focusing on "max temp" misses how infrared therapy actually works.
Get in when the sauna reaches 90-110°F and enjoy your session as it continues heating. This keeps the heaters running continuously, maximizing your infrared exposure. If you wait until it hits your target temp, the heaters will cycle on and off throughout your session, reducing therapeutic benefit.
Listen for a small "click" sound - this tells you when heaters are cycling on or off as they reach the set temperature. Don't touch heaters to check.
With traditional Finnish sauna research making headlines, it's natural to wonder how infrared compares. The short answer: they're different modalities with different benefits - not better or worse, just different.
Why people fixate on temperature: Recent Finnish research (using traditional heaters at 176-194°F) has driven massive interest in sauna therapy. Naturally, people assume they need those exact temperatures. But infrared heat is fundamentally different.
Infrared heat is more intense than traditional heat at the same temperature. It penetrates tissue more deeply, while traditional heat works primarily through hot air.
While the Finnish studies didn't use infrared, we believe - based on mechanistic understanding - that infrared at comparable dosages provides similar benefits. This is our professional opinion, not medical advice. Consult your doctor.
Infrared's popularity stems partly from convenience. Most infrared saunas plug into standard outlets, while traditional saunas require electricians to install 240V circuits - a significant barrier for many people.
Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. Infrared's different mechanism doesn't diminish its therapeutic potential.
