Sauna Season Sweepstakes: Official Rules

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Buying anything will not improve your chances. Void where prohibited by law.

1. Who's running this sweepstakes

Heavenly Heat Saunas, LLC, 543 E Andy Devine Ave, Kingman, AZ 86401 ("Heavenly Heat," "we," "us").

2. Who can enter

You can enter if you're a legal resident of the United States (including Washington, DC) and 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if that's older).

You can't enter if you live in New York or Florida, or if you work for Heavenly Heat or one of its agencies, or live with or are an immediate family member of someone who does.

3. When you can enter

The sweepstakes opens at 12:00 am ET on October 12, 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm ET on December 1, 2026. Orders and free entries received outside those times don't count.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Both count the same.

• Buy a sauna. Every sauna order placed on heavenlyheatsaunas.com or with our Sales team during the entry window is entered automatically. You don't need to do anything else.
• Enter free. Fill in the free entry form on our sweepstakes page at heavenlyheatsaunas.com/pages/sweepstakes with your first name and email address. It takes about 30 seconds.

• Limit one entry per person for the whole sweepstakes, however you enter. If you buy a sauna and also enter free, you still have one entry. [Confirm against the legal pack.]
• Giving us a phone number is optional. You never need one to enter.
• After you enter free, we may ask you one quick question about when you plan to buy a sauna. Answering is optional and has no effect on your chances.
• Orders placed before October 12, 2026 are not entered. If an order is cancelled or returned, its entry no longer counts.
• Entries made by bots, automated tools, or with several or temporary email addresses don't count.

5. How the winners are picked

Our founders will draw the winners at random, live on Instagram (@heavenlyheatsaunas) at 12:00 pm ET on these dates:

• Draw 1: Friday, October 30, 2026, from all eligible entries received by 11:59 pm ET on October 29, 2026.
• Draw 2: Friday, November 20, 2026, from all eligible entries received by 11:59 pm ET on November 19, 2026.
• Draw 3: Wednesday, December 2, 2026, from all eligible entries received by 11:59 pm ET on December 1, 2026.

Entries that aren't drawn stay in for the later draws. Each person can win only one prize. [Which prizes each draw awards, from the legal pack.]

Your odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries we receive.

6. The prizes

Six prizes will be awarded in total:

• Two full refunds. We refund 100% of the winning sauna order, up to $15,000 each.
• Four half refunds. We refund 50% of the winning sauna order, up to $7,500 each.

If your order is drawn, we refund the amount you paid for it, up to the limit above, to your original payment method after we confirm you're eligible. [Confirm whether shipping, taxes and add-ons count toward the refund.]

If a free entry is drawn, the winner receives the same value as credit toward a Heavenly Heat sauna: up to $15,000 for a full refund prize or up to $7,500 for a half refund prize. [Credit terms, such as how long it lasts, from the legal pack.]

The total value of all prizes is up to $60,000.

The winners pay:

• Any taxes on their prize. Because each prize can be worth more than $600, we'll report its value to the IRS, and the winner will need to give us their taxpayer ID number.
• Any costs not listed above as part of the prize.

Prizes can't be swapped for cash (other than the refund itself) or given to someone else.

7. How we contact the winners

We'll announce winners during each live draw and email them the same day. Each winner has 7 days to reply and will need to sign a short form confirming they're eligible.

If a winner doesn't reply in time, isn't eligible, or doesn't follow these rules, they give up the prize and we may draw another winner at random.

8. Joining our email list

When you enter free, you'll be added to the Heavenly Heat email list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, and your entry still counts. If you choose to give us your phone number, separate text message terms apply.

9. Your information

We use your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. This sweepstakes stands on its own

This sweepstakes is separate from any other Heavenly Heat or partner promotion. Entering this one doesn't enter you in any other, and entering another doesn't enter you in this one. Instagram isn't involved in running this sweepstakes and doesn't sponsor or endorse it.

11. If something goes wrong

We can cancel, change or pause the sweepstakes if fraud, a technical problem or something else outside our control affects it. We can disqualify anyone who cheats, tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules.

By entering, you agree that Heavenly Heat and its agencies aren't responsible for any loss or injury from taking part in the sweepstakes or from accepting or using a prize, as far as the law allows.
