Yes, Club Fitness offers personal training through a structured coaching program. Here’s what you get:

  • Cost: $389 paid in full for 8 sessions.

  • Session length: Each session lasts 60 minutes.

  • One-on-one training: Work directly with a certified personal trainer.

  • Included: Personalized workout programming, InBody assessments, Recovery Studio access, HydroMassage, cryotherapy, percussion therapy, and compression therapy.

  • Who can join: Available to members new to personal training or returning after six months away.

  • How to get started: Complete the online training team form with your contact details and preferred Club Fitness location. A trainer will then contact you.

Does Club Fitness Offer a Free Trial?

Yes, Club Fitness offers a Free Day Pass that lets visitors try the club before committing to a membership. 



Each customer can redeem the pass once every 12 months. To qualify, you must be at least 18 years old and a local resident. 



Getting the pass is simple: visit the Club Fitness Free Day Pass page and fill out the form with details such as your location, first and last name, phone number, and email address. 



You’ll also need to agree to the listed terms and conditions before submitting the form. After you submit your request, Club Fitness will contact you by text message or email with further details about your Free Day Pass.

How to Cancel or Freeze a Club Fitness Membership?

To pause your Club Fitness membership, submit the freeze form and choose a period from 1 to 12 months. 



A $6 monthly freeze fee plus tax applies, and you must request it at least five days before your next billing date. 



To cancel, submit the cancellation form with your membership details. You may have one final payment, and a $75 early termination fee applies if you cancel during a 12-month agreement.
