So I’ve had my sauna for 6 months now, it looks really nice but it takes over an hour to heat up too my preferred temperature. This sauna is super expensive!! Definitely NOT worth the price tag for its performance. I would not recommend to anyone. Too expensive for what you get.
When I purchased the Eco Sauna, I was wondering if I sacrificed size - not the case at all! There is so much interior space and it has the added benefit for heating up quickly and does not require hiring an electrician either. Love it!
Superior quality sauna. Delivered with out issue. Communication has been phenomenal. I would highly recommend this product.
I love this sauna! Get's hot and takes up such little space in my home! Solidly built with high quality wood as well!
Just wanted to say what a fantastic job of manufacturing you do on the sauna we received. The packaging was phenomenal and well cared for with all the foam and proper laying of the panels and glass door, and seat ect.
The sauna took my wife and if from start to finish which included knocking down the boxes to take in my truck to the landfill right at 3:30min. The parts were not extortionary heavy, and we managed to move them around nicely, being 61 and 66, we were able to do everything safely. The fit and finish of all the parts were amazing, and the simplicity of it once we laid down the base, was like a big Lincoln log set.
Bought the ECO about a month ago. I'm really enjoying it. Solid construction, heats up quickly and definitely gets more than hot enough. I typically set it for 160 and it has no problem getting there, it's gotten hotter, but 160, at least for now is plenty. Love the blue tooth speaker and various light colors too. It wasn't something I cared much about, but it make for a very nice experience.
This sauna is perfect! You get an amazing sweat! It looks absolutely feels so well made. Definitely be sure you have the correct wiring before you purchase. It takes a lot of power, especially with the red light in conjunction with the sauna. I never take the time to write reviews, but the customer service is absolutely top-notch. Could not be happier with Wyatt who helped me through an electrical issue and made sure I was 100% happy. Because of my experience with him and the solid products, I would not hesitate to buy from this company again!!!
Got my ECO sauna today. Took me a couple of hours to set it up. I have some thoughts I wanted to share with you. For starters, this is a quality build. Fit and finish are top notch. No glue, staples, nails, screws to be seen. Assembly was simple and everything just fit...no issues. Heats up super fast with no odors. I love the mood lighting and listening to my audible books using the bluetooth connection. You guys really knocked this out of the park. And for the packing...wow. Whoever was responsible for the packing and freight of this item did an amazing job. Thank you and thank the team behind this. I am a very happy customer.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this is one product I honestly wanted to share because I’ve been so happy with it.
I’ve been using my Heavenly Health Red Light Therapy Panel regularly, and it’s become something I truly look forward to every day. I love that I can simply relax for a few minutes while doing something that’s good for my body. I’ve noticed less stiffness and discomfort, my body feels like it recovers better, and even my skin looks healthier and brighter.
One of the things I love most is that it combines red light and near-infrared therapy, so it’s working on both the surface and deeper into the muscles and joints. It’s easy to use, well made, and fits right into my daily routine.
If you’ve been wondering whether red light therapy is worth trying, my answer is yes. For me, it’s been a wonderful addition to my wellness routine, and I’m so glad I decided to give Heavenly Health a try. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, relaxing way to support their overall health and well-being.
We did a lot of research before buying our Heavenly Heat sauna, and ultimately it was the only one that checked every box for us: glue-free, clean materials, high heat capable, dual-source heating (both infrared and traditional/Finnish), and — critically — an outdoor model. We simply don't have the space for an indoor sauna, so the outdoor option was non-negotiable. For all of that, we're glad we chose Heavenly Heat.
That said, getting here was not a smooth ride. The lead time from purchase to delivery was longer than promised by a full 2 months. The communication around the delay was lacking and our outreach didn't yield a response beyond some very generic platitudes attempting to appease us (unsuccessfully). When the delivery showed up, it was with minimal notice and the delivery driver showed up solo, requiring significant assistance from my wife, (thank god she is super strong!) to get the extremely heavy boxes unloaded. We then had to go through a separate install company and also hire an electrician to get the whole thing up and fully running. The install instructions were mostly accurate, but there were some discrepancies that caused an issue with the thermostat being installed incorrectly.
The saving grace through all of this was Wyatt on the customer loyalty team, who once we fnally were able to get established contact with him was consistently responsive, genuinely empathetic, looped in product experts, and did his best to pull strings at every turn. That kind of human support matters and kept our faith in the company intact.
Now that we're on the other side of it? We're using the sauna almost every single day. The infrared heats up consistently, and the traditional heater absolutely cranks — we've had it up to 200°F in 30 minutes. Knowing the materials are clean and glue-free gives us real peace of mind, especially using it daily. We believe in what this company is building and can see they're working to improve their processes.
Bottom line: if you're looking for a high-quality, outdoor-capable, dual heat source sauna with truly clean materials, Heavenly Heat is likely your best (maybe only) option. Just go in with eyes open — the logistics require patience and some hands-on project management. Once it's in, it's absolutely worth it.
Heavenly Heat has exceeded my expectations. The quality of their sauna is unmatched. It was worth all the time and effort I put into researching to find the best sauna. Their attention to detail in ensuring the most conducive construction, materials, non-toxic consideration, EMF mitigation etc.. checks all the boxes & gives me a level of satisfaction & confidence in my decision that’s affirmed every time I use it. Their customer service is on point & gives me even more conviction in referring their brand to friends & family. Well done!
I owned several different Sauna brands in the past. By far, there is no comparison to HeavenlyHeat. I currently own the sauna with the red light therapy in it. With my genetic make up, I don’t sweat easily, so it is usually a lot of effort for me. But with HeavenlyHeat, I start sweating within 10 minutes at only 110- 115 F ( which is my warm up phase). This is unbelievable for me! Detoxing now is easy for me. I’m grateful 🙏🏻 And the Red Light Therapy benefits at the same time!! thank you HeavenlyHeat!
We love our sauna. Delivery and installation was spot on. Response time from customer service and delivery info was equally great.
This sauna has genuinely changed our lives. We use it 3–5 times a week and love it. The non-toxic materials were a big deal for us—we feel great about sweating in it. It heats up fast, and we love getting the benefits of both infrared and traditional sauna sessions. The build quality is excellent, and we chose the outdoor model, which has been extremely durable. Couldn’t be happier.
Managing stress and anxiety has become even more important to me now that I'm older. I will be 70 years young next year. Recently, I've found the greatest health and fitness hack is luxuriating in my brand new Heavenly Heat Eco one-person infrared sauna for 15-20 minutes each day. I'm 6 feet tall, weigh 175 pounds, and I fit inside very comfortably.
This sauna is a game-changer! The soothing, deep-penetrating heat melts away stress, burns calories, soothes aching joints, detoxifies, and improves circulation, all while maximizing my post-workout recovery. I immediately follow this restorative session with a cold, invigorating shower. Nothing else I’ve tried comes close to the wonderful benefits I receive from this ritualistic experience.
Every day now, I wake up feeling well-rested, refreshed, and eager to start my day! Also—and this is a huge plus—the Eco Sauna has allowed me to create my very own personal sanctuary and a quiet spa-like experience at home. It doesn't get any better than this!
The basic and simple style of this incredible, compact sauna is made entirely from 100% non-resinous Canadian Hemlock wood. The exterior build is solid, beautiful, and sleek. The interior has that wonderful natural wood scent, with no synthetic materials, glues, plywood, or stains, eliminating any VOC off-gassing—which was one of the main reasons I bought it. This sauna was designed and built to last a lifetime!
It definitely has visual appeal with its sleek design, tinted glass, and small-space footprint. Plus, the elegant, thick tempered glass door not only enhances heat retention but looks really cool, too!
I was equally impressed with, and fully appreciate, the quality of all the other features, such as the clasp-together assembly, quick heat-up time, easy-to-use control panel, glass-covered chromotherapy lighting with 9 different light settings, and the built-in Bluetooth speakers with wooden covers. In addition, the ultra-low EMFs generated by the robust heating panels give me tremendous peace of mind during every session. To me, this confirms that safety and longevity were primary considerations in the design of all their amazing sauna models.
The craftsmanship and engineering design of the Eco sauna is top-notch! And that's stating it mildly. It's definitely a fantastic value, and a small price to pay for a long-term investment in your health and wellness journey! So, if you're looking for the best of the best in infrared saunas, look no further; because IMHO, purchasing a HHS is a no-brainer. Period!
By the way, a great BIG shout-out to Michael, HHS's amazing customer support specialist extraordinaire! He's truly the BEST, bar none!
I’ve spent a lot of time testing different sauna setups over the years, and the Heavenly Heat Box Sauna has honestly exceeded my expectations, especially in a few key areas that matter most if you care about heat, EMF exposure, and build quality.
One of the biggest surprises was the heat. I’ve personally had it climb well over 190°F, which is real, intense heat. It delivers a deep sweat that feels much closer to a traditional sauna experience than most infrared units I’ve used.
When it comes to EMF levels, they are extremely low. My meter showed 0 mG nearly everywhere, which is impressive and reassuring.
The materials feel premium, solid, and well thought out. Nothing feels flimsy or cheap.
Heavenly Heat’s customer support was also excellent. Warren was great to deal with and took the time to answer any questions I had.
I bought a Heavenly Heat 2 person indoor infra red sauna and could not be happier. The assembly took 1 hour 20 minutes as advertised. If I ever needed to move the unit it would be so simple.
The delivery did take a bit longer than I planned on but so glad I waited and chose HH. The units may be a bit higher in cost but so is a Porsche or Ferrari which is the quality these HH saunas are. My two brothers are going to be purchasing units from HH after seeing and using ours. The support staff has been phenomenal, thank you to John and Michael! I’m a retired Master Diver USN with pain over my entire body after 10 musculature surgeries, I truly feel so much better from the moment I step into my unit that it’s hard to describe. I find 130 degrees for :20 to be optimal. We bought a two person because my wife likes to sauna as well and by both of us using it at the same time we save on electricity. I hope HH takes time to develop a wheel chair accessible unit for so many veterans restricted to those devices, I believe sauna would do wonders for them. Look no further than Heavenly Heat Saunas for long term use and reliability.

The ECO fits perfectly in my limited space and more importantly the heat cranks up to more than 175! Well-made and looks good too. The delivery company messed up the installation but Heavenly Heat customer service made it right for me. Thanks Rachel!
I do not say it lightly- this is the best purchase I had made in the past years. Four Seasons of saunas, five stars from start to finish. John was ptient and answered all the questions, delivery and assembly team -excellent. With 4 teenagers and aging parents in the house we use it for acne management, sports related joint/muscle pain, relaxation and better sleep. Do NOT look any further!
Making this purchase changed our lives. Truly the best investment you could make to change your health. Easy to install, easy to use and implement in your daily habits, we truly can't believe we lived so long without this!
