Will this fit in my home?

Do I need special wiring or installation help?
Most of our saunas plug into a standard 15A household outlet — the same one you'd use for a microwave or space heater. No electrician, no special wiring.

Assembly:
All saunas require some assembly (typically 1-2 hours with a partner or handyman). Our larger models may benefit from professional assembly, but detailed instructions and support are included with every order.

Outdoor models come with 4-year coverage across the board. Accessories and non-factory installed parts are covered for 2 years. We stand behind the quality—because this is a long-term wellness investment.

What if I decide it's not right for me?
You have a full 30 days from delivery to try your sauna at home. If it’s not the right fit, simply notify us by phone or email within that window. Returns must be in “like new” condition with original packaging and manuals.
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We make the process easy and pressure-free.
