Frequently asked questions
What makes Heavenly Heat different from other sauna brands?
We build every sauna with 100% solid Canadian hemlock: no plywood, glues or chemical stains. Our saunas are independently tested for EMF (Vitatech) and indoor air quality (Primary Environmental), and the reports are published.
Can I install a sauna in a small space or apartment?
Yes. Many of our saunas are compact enough for apartments, condos or a spare corner, and plug into a standard 120V outlet. No special wiring or renovation needed.
Are your saunas suitable for people with chemical sensitivities?
We build without glues, varnishes or plywood. In an independent test, VOC levels inside a heated sauna were at or below the room’s own air. Many of our customers have chemical sensitivities and chose Heavenly Heat for that reason.
Do I need professional installation?
No. Most saunas come together with basic tools, usually with two people, and our red light panels are plug-and-play. You’ll get clear setup instructions, and our team is here to help.
Do your saunas and red light panels emit EMF?
Every electrical product emits some EMF, so we design to keep it low: grounded heaters, shielded wiring and careful heater placement. Vitatech measured our 2-person sauna at under 2 mG at the seat. We don’t say "EMF-free", because it isn’t a testable statement.
How do I know which sauna or red light panel is right for me?
It depends on your space, goals and how you plan to use it. Infrared suits gentle daily sessions, traditional suits classic high heat, and combination models give you both. For red light, the Mid panel covers small areas and the Pro and Max cover more. Still unsure? Take our quiz or book a call above.
How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock saunas ship within 1 to 2 weeks, and red light panels usually ship faster. You’ll get tracking and delivery updates throughout.
What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your sauna if it’s not the right fit. Returns must be in like-new condition and original packaging, and return shipping is paid by the buyer. Indoor saunas carry a 10-year limited warranty (outdoor saunas 3 years); see the warranty page for full terms.
