By accessing or using this website and the services provided by Heavenly Heat Saunas (“Heavenly Heat,” “Company,” “we,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.


2. Use of Services

You may use our services only in compliance with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may use the services only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.


3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information
  • keep your account information updated
  • maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.


4. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information.


5. Content and Conduct

You are responsible for your use of the services and any content you provide, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You should only provide content that you are comfortable sharing with others.

By submitting reviews, testimonials, photos, videos, or other content to Heavenly Heat Saunas (including posting on social media and tagging us), you grant Heavenly Heat Saunas a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content for marketing, advertising, promotions, email campaigns, and other commercial purposes.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Heavenly Heat Saunas and is protected under United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written permission.


7. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or resources.

Heavenly Heat Saunas is not responsible for the content, products, or services provided by third-party websites. You assume all risks arising from your use of such websites.


8. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Order Modifications

Promotional offers, discount codes, and coupons are limited to one per order unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Promotions may not be combined or stacked.

Heavenly Heat Saunas reserves the right to review, modify, or refuse any order where discount codes are used incorrectly or outside their intended terms.

If pricing discrepancies or discount errors are identified after purchase, Heavenly Heat Saunas may contact the customer to clarify, adjust, or cancel the order as necessary.


9. Termination

Heavenly Heat Saunas may terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without notice, if we believe a user has violated these Terms of Service or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the company.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heavenly Heat Saunas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from the use of our services or products.


11. Product Warranty

Certain products sold by Heavenly Heat Saunas include a Limited Warranty covering verified manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and proper installation subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions outlined in the official Heavenly Heat Saunas Warranty Policy.

Heavenly Heat Saunas warrants that sauna cabins and factory-installed components—including heaters, control systems, sensors, wiring, and related electrical components—will be free from manufacturing defects for the applicable warranty period:

  • Ten (10) years for indoor use
  • Three (3) years for outdoor use

If a manufacturing defect is verified within the applicable warranty period, Heavenly Heat Saunas may, at its sole discretion:

  • repair or replace the defective component
  • provide replacement parts

Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and may differ in design, appearance or specifications if the original component is no longer available.

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless approved in writing by Heavenly Heat Saunas.

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • installation, removal, or labor costs
  • shipping damage (which is not considered a warranty claim and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
  • improper installation or improper electrical supply
  • misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
  • Relocation, disassembly or reinstallation after initial assembly
  • environmental exposure or improper maintenance
  • commercial or high-traffic use unless approved in writing
  • acts of nature including floods, lightning, fire, or earthquakes
  • normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality

Saunas manufactured or sold prior to the current ownership acquiring Heavenly Heat Saunas (“Legacy Units”) are not covered under this Limited Warranty. However, Heavenly Heat Saunas may, at its discretion, provide technical support or replacement parts outside of warranty coverage.

If assembly services are purchased from Heavenly Heat Saunas, those services apply only to the initial installation and do not include future relocation, disassembly, service visits, or installation of warranty replacement parts.

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • proof of purchase
  • description of the issue
  • photographs or video showing the concern
  • product serial number (if available)

Heavenly Heat Saunas may require troubleshooting steps or additional diagnostic information before approving warranty service or replacement parts.

In the event a sauna is determined to be defective and is returned, warranty remedies are limited strictly to repair, replacement, or refund of the product as determined by Heavenly Heat Saunas.

Heavenly Heat Saunas is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any additional costs incurred by the customer, including but not limited to:

  • electrical work or circuit installation
  • electrical upgrades or modifications
  • Installation, purchase or disassembly of alternative heating systems, including traditional sauna heaters
  • labor, service, or contractor fees of any kind

All such costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Certain components, including red light therapy panels and accessories, may carry shorter warranty periods as specified in the full Warranty Policy.

The full warranty terms are provided in the Heavenly Heat Saunas Warranty Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.


12. Infrared Heat Disclaimer

Infrared heat may feel more intense than traditional sauna heat even at lower air temperatures because infrared energy warms the body directly.

Customers should begin with shorter sessions and gradually increase duration based on comfort.

Users should consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any heat therapy program, especially if they:

  • are pregnant
  • have cardiovascular conditions
  • have heat sensitivity
  • take medications affecting heat tolerance

Heavenly Heat Saunas provides no medical advice and assumes no liability for outcomes related to sauna use.


13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.


14. Changes to Terms

Heavenly Heat Saunas reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Pricing, Inventory, and Shipping Disclaimer

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice and may vary based on inventory levels, manufacturer pricing, or market conditions.

Heavenly Heat Saunas reserves the right to adjust pricing, discontinue products, or modify offers at any time.

Free shipping is available in most locations. If your address requires an additional delivery fee, our team will contact you before shipment.


17. Order Acceptance and Accuracy

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Heavenly Heat Saunas.

Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt but do not constitute acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to review, modify, or cancel any order due to:

  • pricing errors
  • inventory discrepancies
  • suspected fraud
  • incorrect customer information

If an order is canceled after payment is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.


18. Delivery and Freight Responsibility

Due to the size and weight of sauna products, many shipments are delivered by freight carriers.

Customers must inspect deliveries at the time of receipt. Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 48 hours.

Delivery typically includes threshold only, unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for moving the sauna to its installation location.

Heavenly Heat Saunas is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


18a. Holding Policy

Orders may be held at our warehouse prior to shipping for up to 30 days at no charge. After 30 days, a $100 monthly holding fee applies.

Orders not claimed within 6 months will be canceled and refunded minus all accrued holding fees, a $395 restocking fee, and a $200 processing fee.

Once a unit has shipped and arrived at the local freight terminal, the customer must respond within 3 days of the carrier's first contact attempt to schedule delivery. The carrier and Heavenly Heat Saunas will each make two (2) contact attempts via phone and email. If the customer cannot be reached after all four (4) attempts, the unit will be rerouted and a $1,495 fee will apply.

All outstanding fees must be paid within 30 days or the order will be canceled and refunded minus $1,495. Approved refunds are processed within 8–10 business days.

If accrued fees exceed the original purchase price, the customer remains responsible for the outstanding balance.

If terminal arrival is delayed due to carrier error, the 3-day response window begins upon confirmed arrival and any storage fees incurred during the delay are the carrier's responsibility.

Heavenly Heat Saunas is not responsible for failed delivery attempts resulting from inaccurate or outdated contact information. Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact information is current and that someone is available to receive delivery.


19. Product Use and Safety Disclaimer

Heavenly Heat Saunas products are intended for personal wellness and relaxation and must be used according to all safety instructions.

Users should consult a healthcare professional before beginning sauna use, particularly if they have medical conditions.

Improper use or failure to follow safety guidelines may result in injury or damage, for which Heavenly Heat Saunas assumes no liability.

Any health-related statements, statistical references, or citations regarding the potential benefits of products sold by Heavenly Heat Saunas, LLC, including those made by its employees, contractors, affiliates, or authorized representatives, across any medium (website, email, social media, advertising, or verbal communication), are based on or derived from the published, peer-reviewed medical literature on heat therapy and photobiomodulation. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Heavenly Heat Saunas products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.



20. Returns, Cancellations, and Refund Policy

Due to the size and specialized packaging of sauna products, the following return and cancellation policies apply. Returns and refunds are separate from warranty claims, which are handled in accordance with the Heavenly Heat Saunas Limited Warranty.

Returns (30-Day Trial Period)

Heavenly Heat Saunas offers a 30-day in-home trial period from the date of delivery, allowing customers to evaluate their sauna.

If you are not satisfied within this 30-day period, you may request a return, subject to the following conditions:

  • the return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • the sauna must be in good condition, free from damage beyond normal use
  • the sauna must be disassembled and repackaged in its original packaging, including any applicable pallet
  • all original components, accessories, and packaging materials must be included

Customers are responsible for return freight shipping costs, which typically range from $750–$1,500 unless otherwise required by law. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Important Return Conditions

  • Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

  • Refunds may be reduced or denied if the product is damaged, incomplete, or not properly repackaged.

  • Saunas that are excessively used, damaged, modified, or not maintained in reasonable condition during the trial period may not be eligible for return.

  • Client is responsible for any fees associated with the disconnection of a traditional heater

  • Returns can take 1-4 weeks for completion, depending on sauna location and freight carrier schedule

  • Customers must retain or obtain the pallet and original packaging

  • Disassembly service is not included for return pickup regardless of whether assembly service was purchased and performed for sauna setup

  • Additional fees may be invoiced or deducted from refunded amount for delivery-related requests such as rescheduling, special handling, or changes made before or after pickup

      • For example, redelivery or change fees applying if

        • A pickup is missed on the scheduled day, or

        • Changes are made within a certain window (e.g., less than 48 hours’ notice)

Defective Products

If a product is believed to contain a manufacturing defect, customers must follow the Warranty Claim Process. Defective products are not automatically eligible for return and will be evaluated for repair or replacement in accordance with the Limited Warranty.

Most issues can be resolved through:

  • technical support
  • troubleshooting
  • replacement parts

without requiring the return of the entire sauna.

If a product is determined to be defective and a return or replacement is approved, remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product only.

Heavenly Heat Saunas is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any additional costs incurred by the customer, including but not limited to:

  • electrical work or circuit installation
  • electrical upgrades or modifications
  • installation, purchase, or removal of alternative heating systems, including traditional sauna heaters
  • labor, service, or contractor fees of any kind

All such costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • products deemed repairable or serviceable under the Limited Warranty
  • assembled or installed saunas that cannot be safely returned
  • products not returned in original packaging
  • products damaged after delivery or during return shipping
  • clearance or final-sale items unless defective

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting Heavenly Heat Saunas customer support.

If an order is canceled before shipment, Heavenly Heat Saunas reserves the right to deduct applicable:

  • payment processing fees (no more than 4.5%)
  • administrative costs (no more than $750)
  • other non-refundable charges associated with the order

Once an order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Shipping Damage

Upon delivery, clients must inspect the boxes for any visible damage to the sauna before signing.

If visible shipping damage is confirmed to the sauna:

  • Note “damaged” on the delivery receipt
  • Photograph the packaging and product
  • Notify Heavenly Heat Saunas within 48 hours of delivery by sending pictures to heavenlyheat@heavenlyheatsaunas.com

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may limit the company’s ability to file a claim with the freight carrier.

Shipping damage is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under warranty. It must be reported within 48 hours and handled through the freight carrier claims process.

It is not uncommon for the outer packaging to show signs of wear after transit. Minor damage to the cardboard cartons may occur during shipping and does not necessarily indicate damage to the sauna itself.

Additional fees may be invoiced for delivery-related requests such as rescheduling, redelivery, special handling, or changes made after shipment. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on payment providers and financial institutions.

Heavenly Heat Saunas reserves the right to inspect returned products before issuing any refund.


21. Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, the purchase of products from Heavenly Heat Saunas, or the use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

Arbitration shall be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed arbitration provider.

The arbitration shall take place in the Commonwealth of Virginia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this arbitration provision.

Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Small Claims Exception

Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in small claims court, provided that the claim qualifies under the applicable small claims court rules and remains on an individual basis.

Right to Opt Out of Arbitration

You may choose to opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase or use of our services by sending written notice to:

Your notice must include your name, contact information, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement.

If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws and courts of competent jurisdiction.


22. Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Service, the use of our services, or the purchase of products from Heavenly Heat Saunas will be conducted solely on an individual basis.

You agree that:

  • you may bring claims only in your individual capacity
  • you may not participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against Heavenly Heat Saunas

The arbitrator may not consolidate claims from multiple individuals or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

If any portion of this Class Action Waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the arbitration agreement shall still apply.


23. Force Majeure

Heavenly Heat Saunas shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms of Service if such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control.

These events may include, but are not limited to:

  • acts of God
  • natural disasters
  • fires, floods, or earthquakes
  • severe weather events
  • war, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • labor disputes or strikes
  • supply chain disruptions
  • transportation or shipping carrier delays
  • government actions or regulations
  • power outages or internet service disruptions
  • pandemics or public health emergencies

During any such event, Heavenly Heat Saunas may suspend or delay performance of its obligations without liability until the situation is reasonably resolved.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
