You’ll receive tracking information on the day your sauna ships. 90% of deliveries are completed within 14 days. “Remote” refers to the carrier’s hub distance, not necessarily your location. For questions specific to your area, please contact our team.

From Our Hands to Your Home — What to Expect

Delivery Details

Every Heavenly Heat sauna is carefully packed on a pallet and shipped via freight carrier. Once your sauna reaches your local terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time.

We offer multiple setup options to match your comfort level whether you prefer to handle installation yourself or want it completely done for you.

Orders are shipped using regional and national freight carriers. For assembly service deliveries, we partner with Deliveright. You may also receive tracking or delivery updates from AGS, Forward Air, UPS, or FedEx. If your sauna includes a traditional heater, it will ship separately. We do our best to align the heater delivery with your sauna arrival, but exact timing may vary.

Option 1: Standard Freight Delivery & Self-Installation

Included with every sauna

All saunas are designed for straightforward, DIY-friendly setup. Most models arrive flat-packed in interlocking panels, making assembly fast and frustration-free.


What’s included:

Pallet placement at your ground-level location (driveway, garage, or accessible entry point)

Tracking info provided once your sauna ships

On-site adult (18+) required at time of delivery


What to know:

  1. Delivery does not include stairs, steep driveways, or long hauls

If access is limited, curbside delivery may be required

We recommend two people be available to move the sauna into a dry, protected area promptly


DIY Assembly Details:

Most setups take under 90 minutes

No special tools required (just a standard screwdriver for the door handle)

Electrical requirements vary by model (see below)

We handle the heavy lifting—literally. Our optional Assembly Service includes in-home placement and full sauna assembly for a seamless, stress-free setup. Just point, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Your Sauna Has Arrived. Setup Is Simple.

Each sauna is shipped securely in flat-packed panels and designed for stress-free setup. No special tools or contractors required—just two people, a standard screwdriver, and about 60–90 minutes. Thoughtfully engineered connections make assembly quick and intuitive so you can start sweating sooner.

Holding Policy

We understand that timing doesn't always align perfectly. We're happy to accommodate by holding your sauna at our distribution center for up to 30 days at no additional cost.

  • After 30 days, a storage fee of $50 per month will be applied.

  • If the unit arrives at your local terminal and we are unable to contact you to schedule delivery, or if delivery cannot be completed, a monthly holding fee of up to $200 (depending on the model) will be applied, starting on the 8th day, to cover storage costs.

  • If we cannot reach you within 30 days of the unit’s arrival at the local facility, the sauna will be returned to the warehouse, and you will be refunded, minus a $1,199 fee to cover storage and return shipping costs.

*Please inform us in advance if there are dates when no one will be available to receive the sauna. We may be able to accommodate a holding request at the local facility for an additional monthly cost.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Upon delivery, please inspect the boxes carefully for any visible damage before signing

Visible Damage: If you notice significant damage, do not accept the delivery. Note the issue with the carrier and contact us immediately.

Concealed Damage: If the driver cannot wait for a full inspection, note "Possible Concealed Damage" on the delivery receipt. If concealed damage is discovered later, contact us promptly and retain all original packaging for the claims process.

*Please inform us in advance if there are dates when no one will be available to receive the sauna.

Additional fees may be invoiced for delivery-related requests such as rescheduling, special handling, or changes made after shipment. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We know this is a meaningful investment. Here are a few things we often get asked by customers looking for something safe, effective, and built to last.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

While we can’t guarantee an exact delivery date, you can add delivery notes at checkout. Our team and carriers do their best to accommodate requests when possible. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking to help plan accordingly.

Do I need special tools or equipment?

No special tools are required. Each sauna comes with simple instructions and the basic tools needed for assembly. Most customers find setup straightforward with two people.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, expedited shipping is not available due to the size and freight requirements of our saunas. However, we prioritize fast processing and provide shipping updates every step of the way.

How long does assembly take?

Assembly typically takes 1–2 hours depending on the model and number of people involved. All major components are pre-assembled for convenience, and detailed instructions are included.

What if my driveway is difficult to access?

If your delivery location has restricted access (e.g., steep driveways or remote areas), please mention this in your order notes. Our logistics team will coordinate with the freight carrier to ensure successful delivery. In some cases, difficult access may result in additional delivery fees.
