Most customers set up the sauna in 1 to 2 hours with basic tools, or add white glove installation at checkout. The chiller connects to the plunge with quick-connect fittings.
Sauna questions go to Heavenly Heat; plunge and chiller questions go to Chilly Dip. The sauna carries a 10-year limited warranty, 5 years on the red light panel; Chilly Dip covers the plunge and chiller under its own warranty.
Usually not. The sauna comes with two standard household plugs, one for the heaters and one for the red light panel. We recommend both on one dedicated 120V/20A circuit; two separate 15A circuits also work. The Pro Chiller runs on a standard household outlet; confirm the circuit with our team before ordering.
