We love our sauna. Delivery and installation was spot on. Response time from customer service and delivery info was equally great.
This sauna has genuinely changed our lives. We use it 3–5 times a week and love it. The non-toxic materials were a big deal for us—we feel great about sweating in it. It heats up fast, and we love getting the benefits of both infrared and traditional sauna sessions. The build quality is excellent, and we chose the outdoor model, which has been extremely durable. The basic and simple style of this incredible, compact sauna is made entirely from 100% non-resinous Canadian Hemlock wood. The exterior build is solid, beautiful, and sleek. The interior has that wonderful natural wood scent, with no synthetic materials, glues, plywood, or stains, eliminating any VOC off-gassing—which was one of the main reasons I bought it. This sauna was designed and built to last a lifetime!
It definitely has visual appeal with its sleek design, tinted glass, and small-space footprint. Plus, the elegant, thick tempered glass door not only enhances heat retention but looks really cool, too!
I was equally impressed with, and fully appreciate, the quality of all the other features, such as the clasp-together assembly, quick heat-up time, easy-to-use control panel, glass-covered chromotherapy lighting with 9 different light settings, and the built-in Bluetooth speakers with wooden covers. In addition, the ultra-low EMFs generated by the robust heating panels give me tremendous peace of mind during every session. To me, this confirms that safety and longevity were primary considerations in the design of all their amazing sauna models.
The craftsmanship and engineering design of the Eco sauna is top-notch! And that's stating it mildly. It's definitely a fantastic value, and a small price to pay for a long-term investment in your health and wellness journey! I’ve spent a lot of time testing different sauna setups over the years, and the Heavenly Heat Box Sauna has honestly exceeded my expectations, especially in a few key areas that matter most if you care about heat, EMF exposure, and build quality.
One of the biggest surprises was the heat. I’ve personally had it climb well over 190°F, which is real, intense heat. It delivers a deep sweat that feels much closer to a traditional sauna experience than most infrared units I’ve used.
When it comes to EMF levels, they are extremely low. My meter showed 0 mG nearly everywhere, which is impressive and reassuring.
The materials feel premium, solid, and well thought out. Nothing feels flimsy or cheap.
Heavenly Heat’s customer support was also excellent. Warren was great to deal with and took the time to answer any questions I had.
I bought a Heavenly Heat 2 person indoor infra red sauna and could not be happier. The assembly took 1 hour 20 minutes as advertised. If I ever needed to move the unit it would be so simple.
The delivery did take a bit longer than I planned on but so glad I waited and chose HH. The units may be a bit higher in cost but so is a Porsche or Ferrari which is the quality these HH saunas are. My two brothers are going to be purchasing units from HH after seeing and using ours. The support staff has been phenomenal, thank you to John and Michael! I’m a retired Master Diver USN with pain over my entire body after 10 musculature surgeries, I truly feel so much better from the moment I step into my unit that it’s hard to describe. I find 130 degrees for :20 to be optimal. We bought a two person because my wife likes to sauna as well and by both of us using it at the same time we save on electricity. I hope HH takes time to develop a wheel chair accessible unit for so many veterans restricted to those devices, I believe sauna would do wonders for them. I do not say it lightly- this is the best purchase I had made in the past years. Four Seasons of saunas, five stars from start to finish. John was ptient and answered all the questions, delivery and assembly team -excellent. With 4 teenagers and aging parents in the house we use it for acne management, sports related joint/muscle pain, relaxation and better sleep. Do NOT look any further!

After talking to Heavenly Heat, they said it was one of their main things - and turns out you will probably run into some thing you need to work out and Heavenly Heat's customer service is the best. We bought the two person Heavenly Heat Sauna because we wanted the benefits of Infrared heat and the red light therapy as well. My son had a heart attack 13 years ago at age 48 and had stents at that time. In September, 2021, he had open heart surgery. It was "successful"; but, he's had heart pain all these years! I was hoping this sauna would prove to be good for his heart and his wife and me and my friend, too. It's taken several months, but, he recently told me he's feeling the improvement in his heart! He looks healthier, too! After all these years of prayers and worry, it's such a blessing to finally know he's doing better. I'm 84 years old and my friend and I use it together at 115 degrees for 30 minutes nearly every day. It took me a couple of weeks to have my body learn to sweat! I grew up in a world that told me women shouldn't sweat - so, I didn't! Now, I do and find I'm I feel better for it. My stepdaughter visited recently and she used our machine as often as she could. She loved it! And, said they were going to order a unit this week because she was missing the benefits she felt. The benefit of infrared heat and red light therapy is so very special. Thank you!
Pretty early review, as I just got started yesterday with only 2 sessions under my belt. So far, really good and hot sessions. I want to talk about the service. When i got the sauna i was a bit overwhelmed, it goes together fairly easy, but not as easy as the two guys in the video portray (haha). I called and spoke to Rachael to help assist and she was amazing. She was patient, communicated excellently, and talked me through the setup. She even helped me with my transit questions while i waited to receive the sauna. I can say if the sauna holds up to the service, this thing will last for a long time and Rachael confirmed why i chose Heavenly Heat. Keep up the awesome work, and I am sure i will have more questions. Thank you!
Ordered our 1 person sauna online after Matt Justice reviews on YouTube. Was delivered very quick. Assembly was easy and almost no tools. Loved the operation of the sauna. Fast heat, great quality, and feel so good after sessions.
We had to move the sauna to a new house and tookmit apart. On assembly there was no heat from the back heaters. The company just sent us a new one free and free shipping. That worked perfect and were back to enjoying the sauna.

This sauna truly is saving my life. As a young cancer survivor, weekly sauna and red light therapy are KEY to my recovery from chemo. Excellent IR Sauna, provides a fast heat up and I get in and read a few minutes after turning it on and in no time I’ve got a great sweat going and it’s barely hitting 140f. The ECO size afforded us great space savings and a manageable price for our first sauna!

Wasn’t sure at first though it might be to small but its not,Used my brother in laws when I went to visit,he has a person and a half.Didn’t get near the sweat going in his that I get in the Eco.Seems like it took forever for his to come up to temp.The Eco heats up fast.Very well constructed.The only thing I added was a silicone Floor mat.Can pick it up on Amazon for $20.Its a good addition because you will sweat.

I sleep better! I have reduced BP, resting heart rate, and resting respiratory rate too. All within 2 weeks of 30 minute sessions 3-4 times a week. I should have ponied up the $ and started heat therapy earlier in my life.
The ECO is perfect for 1 person and/or small spaces, mine is in my bathroom and is very comfortable for everyday use, the time it takes to heat up is very short, normally I get in 10 mins. after it starts and I start sweating very quickly, i'm 6ft/190lbs and fit very comfortably inside.
The Canadian hemlock is gorgeous. Love it in my home!

We’re absolutely enjoying our HH sauna everyday here in Brisbane, Australia. Smooth order process, arrived within 3 weeks or so of ordering, and went together easily with 2 people.
We opted to put it outside given the relatively mild climate in Brisbane - it’s under cover, and we had a custom sauna cover made to fit to keep critters off the roof.
Raised it with a small deck and setup our patio furniture adjacent to it and it’s become our own wellness nook!
Warren was super helpful with the installation questions I had. Only giving 4 stars because I wish they had more size options, but I understand why they keep their line limited to maintain quality. The no-plywood construction is a game changer for someone with chemical sensitivities.
