You have 30 days from delivery to return your sauna if it’s not the right fit. Returns must be in “like new” condition and original packaging, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Heavenly Heat Saunas warrants that sauna cabins and factory-installed components, including heaters, control systems, power supplies, sensors, wiring, and related electrical components, will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and proper installation.

• Indoor Saunas: Covered for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase.
• Outdoor Saunas: Covered for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. 

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the applicable warranty period, Heavenly Heat Saunas will, at its sole discretion, provide replacement parts, repair the affected wood component, or replace the part with a comparable model at the company’s discretion.
