Heavenly Heat Eco Sauna Giveaway: Official Rules

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Buying anything will not improve your chances. Void where prohibited by law.

1. Who's running this giveaway

Heavenly Heat Saunas, LLC, 543 E Andy Devine Ave, Kingman, AZ 86401 ("Heavenly Heat," "we," "us").

2. Who can enter

You can enter if you're a legal resident of the United States (including Washington, DC) and 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if that's older).

You can't enter if you live in New York or Florida, or if you work for Heavenly Heat or one of its agencies, or live with or are an immediate family member of someone who does.

3. When you can enter

The giveaway opens at 12:00 am ET on [START DATE] and closes at 11:59 pm ET on November 10, 2026. Entries received outside those times don't count.

4. How to enter

Enter your email address in the giveaway form on our website or giveaway page. That's it.

• One entry per person and per email address. Extra entries are removed.
• If you're already on our email list, you can enter the same way.
• Giving us a phone number is optional. You never need one to enter.
• After you enter, we may ask you one quick question. Answering is optional and has no effect on your chances.
• Entries made by bots or automated tools don't count.

5. How the winner is picked

On or about November 11, 2026, we'll pick one winner at random from all eligible entries. Your odds of winning depend on how many people enter.

6. The prize

One Heavenly Heat Eco Infrared Sauna (1-person), worth about $5,600 USD.

The winner pays:

• Shipping to their home address, estimated at $[SHIPPING ESTIMATE]. We'll confirm the exact cost in writing before the winner accepts the prize.
• Any taxes on the prize. Because the prize is worth more than $600, we'll report its value to the IRS, and the winner will need to give us their taxpayer ID number.
• Any installation or electrical work the sauna needs.

The prize can't be swapped for cash or given to someone else. If the winner chooses not to pay for shipping, they give up the prize and we may pick someone else.

7. How we contact the winner

We'll email the winner on or about November 11, 2026. The winner has 7 days to reply and will need to sign a short form confirming they're eligible.

If the winner doesn't reply in time, isn't eligible, or doesn't follow these rules, they give up the prize and we may pick another winner at random.

8. Joining our email list

When you enter, you'll be added to the Heavenly Heat email list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. If you choose to give us your phone number, separate text message terms apply.

9. Your information

We use your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. This giveaway stands on its own

This giveaway is separate from any other Heavenly Heat or partner giveaway. Entering this one doesn't enter you in any other, and entering another doesn't enter you in this one.

11. If something goes wrong

We can cancel, change or pause the giveaway if fraud, a technical problem or something else outside our control affects it. We can disqualify anyone who cheats, tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules.

By entering, you agree that Heavenly Heat and its agencies aren't responsible for any loss or injury from taking part in the giveaway or from accepting or using the prize, as far as the law allows.
