Skip the setup—delivery, assembly & cleanup included. Schedule at your convenience and enjoy your sauna hassle-free.
Limited-time offer. 50% off professional sauna assembly when added to your sauna order. Not available on past orders or with other assembly promotions, and may end at any time.
Eligibility. Available for addresses within 120 miles of a major metropolitan area in the contiguous United States. Locations farther out, as well as Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, are quoted separately and don't qualify for the promotional price. We'll confirm eligibility when we schedule.
Scheduling. Assembly is a separate appointment from delivery and will not take place on the same day your sauna arrives.
What's included. Assembly of one sauna in the location you choose, including red light components on red light models, plus removal of packaging. Not included: electrical work, heater installation, permits, standalone red light panels, or any later moves, disassembly or service visits. Once built, your sauna can't be relocated without disassembly, so please pick its final spot before your appointment.
Before we arrive. The space should be clear and level, with the correct dedicated electrical already in place and an adult 18+ on site. Outdoor models need a solid, level base such as a concrete pad, and outdoor assembly depends on the weather.
Changes and refunds. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours, or visits that can't be completed because the site isn't ready, may incur a fee. If shipping damage or a missing part prevents assembly, we'll reschedule at no cost once the replacement arrives. Assembly is non-refundable once completed.
