We bought the two person Heavenly Heat Sauna because we wanted the benefits of Infrared heat and the red light therapy as well. My son had a heart attack 13 years ago at age 48 and had stents at that time. In September, 2021, he had open heart surgery. It was "successful"; but, he's had heart pain all these years! I was hoping this sauna would prove to be good for his heart and his wife and me and my friend, too. It's taken several months, but, he recently told me he's feeling the improvement in his heart! He looks healthier, too! After all these years of prayers and worry, it's such a blessing to finally know he's doing better. I'm 84 years old and my friend and I use it together at 115 degrees for 30 minutes nearly every day. It took me a couple of weeks to have my body learn to sweat! I grew up in a world that told me women shouldn't sweat - so, I didn't! Now, I do and find I'm I feel better for it. My stepdaughter visited recently and she used our machine as often as she could. She loved it! And, said they were going to order a unit this week because she was missing the benefits she felt. The benefit of infrared heat and red light therapy is so very special. Thank you!

We’re absolutely enjoying our HH sauna everyday here in Brisbane, Australia. Smooth order process, arrived within 3 weeks or so of ordering, and went together easily with 2 people.

We opted to put it outside given the relatively mild climate in Brisbane - it’s under cover, and we had a custom sauna cover made to fit to keep critters off the roof.

Raised it with a small deck and setup our patio furniture adjacent to it and it’s become our own wellness nook!

Can I use red light, near infrared, and far infrared at the same time while in the sauna?

Yes, you can! For the 2 Person Red Light Therapy Infrared Sauna we use the same Far Infrared heater layout as our 2 Person Far Infrared Sauna. We have added the red light / near infrared panel on the front wall of the sauna. On the red light panel, you can use red light, near infrared, or both at the same time. You can do this with the far infrared sauna heaters on or off. You can even remove the red light panel from the sauna and replace it with the included glass panel. Then you could use the red light and near infrared outside the sauna while the sauna remains completely functional.

What are the benefits of using red light therapy?

Red light therapy is known to promote skin health, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, reduce inflammation, improve recovery from exercise or injury, improve sleep quality, and support overall cellular function. It’s commonly used for anti-aging, muscle recovery, and reducing joint pain, and skin health.

How often should I use a red light panel?

It is recommended to use your red light panel 3-7 times per week, with each session lasting 10-30 minutes.

How far should I stand from the red light panel?

The ideal distance for our red light panels is 12-36 inches. This keeps you out of EMF/ELFs and delivers the correct strength of light. If you stand too close, the extra energy is converted to heat and doesn’t contribute to benefits.

Is red light therapy safe?

Yes, red light therapy is considered safe when used as directed. It is non-invasive and does not emit harmful UV rays. However, avoid looking directly at the light and use eye protection if you experience any discomfort during therapy.

Does red light therapy help with pain relief and recovery?

Yes, red light therapy is used to reduce pain and soreness and improve recovery. Red light therapy is used to improve circulation and cellular repair which speeds up recovery from exercise or injury.

What is near-infrared light therapy, and how does it work?

Near-infrared (NIR) light therapy penetrates deeper into the body compared to red light. This stimulates cellular energy production (ATP) and promotes healing in muscles, joints, and deeper tissues. Our NIR wavelengths used are 810nm, 830nm, and 850nm.

How is near-infrared different from red light therapy?

The main difference is the depth of penetration. Red light targets the skin's surface and shallow tissues, while near-infrared light penetrates deeper, reaching muscles, joints, and other internal tissues.
