Does Edge Fitness Offer a Free Trial?

Yes, Edge Fitness offers a free 7-day pass for first-time visitors and guests. To qualify, you must be 21 years old or older and have a local ID. 



Getting the pass is simple. Just visit the Edge Fitness website and go to the Free Pass page, where you’ll find a short form to complete. 



You’ll need to provide details such as your location, name, phone number, and email address, then agree to the required terms and submit the form. 



After you submit it, Edge Fitness will contact you by text or email with information about your free pass and how to use it.

How to Cancel or Freeze an Edge Fitness Membership?

To cancel your Edge Fitness membership, Email Edge Customer Service with your name, reason for cancellation, and agreement number. 



You must give 30 days’ written notice. If you are still under a 12- or 24-month contract, cancellation is usually allowed only for approved reasons, such as moving, medical issues, or military service. 



To freeze your membership, eligible members can freeze it for up to 3 months per year at no cost with 30 days’ notice. 



Members under contract can freeze only for medical or military reasons. You can request a freeze to Edge Customer Service.
