Heavenly Heat Saunas (“Heavenly Heat,” “Company,” “we,” or “our”) provides the following Limited Warranty to the original purchaser (“Owner”) of Heavenly Heat Saunas products (“Sauna”).
This Limited Warranty applies to saunas manufactured or distributed by Heavenly Heat Saunas and covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and proper installation for the applicable warranty period.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.
Warranty Period Definition
The “Warranty Period” begins on the original date of purchase and continues for ten (10) years for indoor saunas and three (3) years for outdoor saunas, unless otherwise stated in writing by Heavenly Heat Saunas.
Heavenly Heat Saunas warrants that sauna cabins and factory-installed components, including heaters, control systems, power supplies, sensors, wiring, and related electrical components, will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and proper installation.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the applicable warranty period, Heavenly Heat Saunas will, at its sole discretion, provide replacement parts, repair the affected wood component, or replace the part with a comparable model at the company’s discretion.
Outdoor saunas must be installed and maintained according to Heavenly Heat Saunas installation and maintenance guidelines.
Standalone Red Light Therapy Panels and Red Light Panels installed in Heavenly Heat combination sauna models are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years.
Accessories supplied with the sauna, including lighting systems and optional features, are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of five (5) years.
Accessories manufactured by third parties may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Heavenly Heat Saunas will assist customers in coordinating warranty support when possible.
If a defect in materials or workmanship is confirmed, Heavenly Heat Saunas will, at its sole discretion:
• Repair or replace the defective component
• Provide replacement parts
Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and are subject to availability. If identical components are unavailable, Heavenly Heat Saunas may substitute components of equal or greater functionality.
Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement of defective parts.
Installation, removal, service, or labor costs associated with replacement of parts are not covered under this Limited Warranty.
All warranty remedies described above apply only within the applicable warranty period.
Warranty remedies are intended to address verified manufacturing defects and are not a maintenance or replacement program. Replaced components or units carry the remainder of the original warranty period and do not reset the warranty term.
Once a remedy has been provided for a specific issue or component, Heavenly Heat Saunas' obligation for that issue is considered fulfilled.
The total value of all warranty remedies will not exceed the original purchase price of the product. If continued component replacement becomes impractical, Heavenly Heat Saunas may opt to replace the full unit as final satisfaction of all warranty obligations.
In limited circumstances, Heavenly Heat Saunas may offer store credit or partial compensation in lieu of repair or replacement. This is provided at our sole discretion and does not create an entitlement to financial compensation.
See Section 13 for parts availability and substitution terms.
Most service issues can be resolved through technical support and replacement of modular components.
Heavenly Heat Saunas will provide reasonable technical support to assist Owners with troubleshooting and installation of replacement parts when necessary.
Owners are responsible for installation, service, and any related labor costs.
If a technician determines that an issue resulted from user error, misuse, or improper installation rather than a manufacturing defect, all associated costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Sauna cabins are constructed using natural wood materials. Untreated wood will appear more rustic in appearance and will wear differently than other wood products or furniture.
Variations in color, grain patterns, knots, and minor surface cracks are normal characteristics of wood and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Temperature and humidity fluctuations may cause minor expansion or contraction of wood components. These conditions are normal and do not affect the structural integrity or performance of the sauna.
Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not impact structural integrity or functionality are not covered under this warranty.
To maintain warranty coverage:
• The sauna must be installed according to Heavenly Heat Saunas assembly and installation instructions
• Electrical connections must comply with local electrical codes and regulations
• Any required dedicated circuits must be installed by a qualified electrician where applicable
Failure to follow installation instructions will void warranty coverage.
The sauna must be connected to the proper electrical supply as specified in Heavenly Heat Saunas installation instructions.
Failure to provide the correct voltage, circuit protection, or electrical configuration may result in equipment damage and will void warranty coverage.
Heavenly Heat Saunas is not responsible for damage caused by improper electrical supply, power surges, or incorrect installation.
Outdoor saunas require routine maintenance to ensure proper performance and longevity.
Owners must follow Heavenly Heat Saunas recommended maintenance procedures, including:
• periodic wood treatment when applicable
• proper weather protection
• routine inspection of seals and components
Damage resulting from improper maintenance, neglect, or failure to perform routine care will not be covered under this Limited Warranty.
Upon delivery, clients must inspect the boxes for any visible damage to the sauna before signing.
If visible shipping damage is confirmed to the sauna:
Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may limit the company’s ability to file a claim with the freight carrier.
Shipping damage is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under warranty. It must be reported within 48 hours and handled through the freight carrier claims process.
*It is not uncommon for the outer packaging to show signs of wear after transit. Minor damage to the cardboard cartons may occur during shipping and does not necessarily indicate damage to the sauna itself.
Additional fees may be invoiced for delivery-related requests such as rescheduling, redelivery, special handling, or changes made after shipment. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are encouraged to photograph the unit upon delivery and after installation. These photos may be requested as part of a warranty claim review.
To submit a warranty claim, contact Heavenly Heat Saunas customer support and provide:
• proof of purchase or order number
• description of the issue
• photographs or video clearly showing the concern
• product serial number (if available)
• customer name, contact information, and shipping address
Heavenly Heat Saunas may require troubleshooting steps or additional diagnostic information prior to approving warranty replacement parts.
Failure to provide requested diagnostic information may delay or prevent warranty claim approval.
If a reported defect cannot be verified or is inconsistent with a manufacturing defect, Heavenly Heat Saunas reserves the right to deny the claim pending further review. Where misuse, negligence, or tampering is suspected, the customer bears the burden of demonstrating a valid manufacturing defect.
If tampering or unauthorized modification is suspected, Heavenly Heat Saunas may require a third-party diagnostic report before processing a claim. Diagnostic costs are the customer's responsibility. If tampering is confirmed, the warranty claim will be denied and all associated costs remain the customer's responsibility.

Saunas are designed to be installed in a fixed location after initial assembly.
Any disassembly, relocation, transportation, or reinstallation of the sauna after the initial installation is performed at the Owner’s sole responsibility.
Heavenly Heat Saunas is not responsible for any damage or malfunction resulting from relocation, disassembly, transportation, or reinstallation of the sauna.
Relocation or reinstallation may void warranty coverage for affected components if damage occurs during the relocation process.
Heavenly Heat Saunas continuously improves and updates its products. As a result, certain components, materials, or product designs may change over time, including during or after the applicable warranty period.
If an original component is no longer manufactured or available, Heavenly Heat Saunas reserves the right to provide a replacement component of comparable function, performance, and value.
Replacement parts may differ in appearance, design, material, or specifications from the original component but will provide similar functionality.
Nothing in this warranty guarantees that replacement parts will remain available indefinitely.
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or malfunction resulting from installation of non-approved parts, accessories, or modifications to the sauna.
Any modification to the sauna’s structure, wiring, heaters, control systems, or electrical components not authorized in writing by Heavenly Heat Saunas will void warranty coverage.
Use of third-party replacement parts not approved by Heavenly Heat Saunas will also void warranty coverage.
This Limited Warranty does not cover installed third-party components or accessories not approved by Heavenly Heat Saunas, we assume no responsibility for resulting damage to the unit or its factory-installed components. Heavenly Heat Saunas will not repair or replace any component where damage is determined to have resulted from unapproved parts. Warranty coverage will be voided if unapproved parts are found to have caused or contributed to the reported issue.
Physical evidence of tampering, including altered wiring, non-OEM components, or damaged factory seals, will result in denial of the warranty claim.
Removal or defacement of the product serial number will void all warranty coverage.
This Limited Warranty applies to normal residential use unless otherwise approved in writing.
Use of the sauna in commercial environments, rental properties, gyms, spas, wellness centers, or other high-traffic applications will void warranty coverage unless specifically approved by Heavenly Heat Saunas.
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by excessive water exposure, flooding, leaks, or prolonged moisture intrusion.
Outdoor saunas must be properly protected from environmental exposure and maintained according to Heavenly Heat Saunas guidelines.
Outdoor saunas must not be exposed directly to the elements and are required to be installed under a protective structure such as an awning, covered porch, or similar shelter. Proper weather protection must be maintained at all times in accordance with Heavenly Heat Saunas guidelines.

• unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs
• commercial or high-traffic use unless approved by Heavenly Heat Saunas

In the event a sauna is determined to be defective and is returned, warranty remedies are limited strictly to repair, replacement, or refund of the product as determined by Heavenly Heat Saunas.
Heavenly Heat Saunas is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any additional costs incurred by the customer, including but not limited to:
All such costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
